Rossiter Technique

This technique is designed for fast and effective stretch of connective tissue, where the practitioner assists the client in eliminating structural pain and recreating natural range of motion to the body. The practitioner applies slowly increasing pressure on the target area while the patient simultaneously stretches under the therapist's instructions.  Some pressure techniques can be performed with hands, elbows, feet, and with the client in a reclined or seated position.

The Rossiter Technique is a very powerful, fast-working system which we use at Body Integration in its original form, and also as a part of our eclectic routine table massage.
